Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Ever After Baby! If you are not 100% satisfied, please return your unused item(s) with all original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of the purchase date. You must contact us to receive a shipping label to receive a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges can be accepted by contacting info@everafterbaby.com or calling 530-878-8778

Once your item is returned, we will issue a credit to your credit card or send out a replacement, per your request.  We try to process all returns as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

If your items arrive damaged or defective contact us using the email or phone number above and we will issue a return shipping label and refund or exchange. If you request a replacement item, it will be shipped to you without any additional charges once we have received your return.
